Yoga offers us an opportunity to reconnect with our bodies in the present moment. Stretching out and strengthening while increasing range of motion. This practice decreases pain, stress, tension and increases resilience, flexibility, and endurance. Meditation and breathing techniques offer tools to maintain a calm center and balanced energy to take off the mat and into the world. Feel better in your body, mind and soul, just add Yoga.

Dance off the pounds with this fun mix of dance and aerobic moves!
Sundays at 4:00pm
A fitness class with classic boxing training. A wide range of strength training, cardio, core, stretching, circuits, and good old fashioned bag work. Build self discipline, focus, and confidence while having a great time.
Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Sometimes we just want to sweat, hit stuff, and listen to tough music! This class is about learning simple punches, kicks, elbows and knees...and throwing them a few hundred times. We'll also do cardio and basic strength training mixed these fitness classes .
Tuesdays at 5:30pm or Saturdays at 4:00pm
Feel safer because you are safer. A focused self-defense class tailored to women where they can feel comfortable and learn with other women. Discussions about safety and mindset will occur every class as we learn not only how to defend ourselves, but how to decrease the chance of an attack in the first place. Serious yet fun is the name of the game.

This 60 minute fitness class provides everything you want from a workout: warm-up. heart pumping cardio, body sculpting calisthenics to strengthen and tone, and a stretch and cool-down. All levels welcome and many modifications are provided to suit your level!
