There are many styles of martial arts, let’s use the best of them all to learn to handle ourselves in a bad situation. We will start with practical self-defense moves and build on it with Filipino martial arts, Jiu Jitsu, Kick-Boxing and more. Filipino martial arts are derived from a series of styles from around the world, refined and combined to be taught quickly and elegantly to people of all shapes and sizes.
A combination of discipline, fun, and burning off after-school energy! This class will touch on subjects like strangers and keeping your body safe, but mostly it is a time for having fun and learning how/when to safely kick and punch etc. through playing games and rolling around.
Family Self-Defense & Martial Arts. Homeschool Families and any family that finds their days open can come in and learn about defending themselves. We will cover self-defense, martial arts, dealing with bullies, dangerous situations, confidence, standing up for yourself and more.
Teens can come and learn with people their own age in this program. In addition to a great Self-Defense and Martial Arts class, it’s a chance for students to discuss anything bothering them and how to handle themselves in different situations.

Sometimes we just want to sweat, hit stuff, and listen to tough music! This class is about learning simple punches, kicks, elbows and knees...and throwing them a few hundred times. We'll also do cardio and basic strength training mixed in there.
Confidence is strength.
